How it's made. Two printed parts in PLA (or PETG), no supports and no hardware. The body prints pockets-up: a 2.4 mm floor, the pockets at the cartridge's largest diameter plus 0.6 mm so every round drops in and lifts out, standing 7 mm proud; above the grip wall a neck carrying a 3 mm-pitch thread, 1.2 mm deep, a turn and a half with a tapered lead-in. The lid prints top-down: the same helix cut inside it, pushed out by a quarter millimetre, so the two screw together by construction; a chamfer at the mouth starts the thread; your text is a flush inlay in the first layers. The 48-tooth grip on both halves is what you turn against. A 1.2 mm ring on the lid drops into a recess under the next body, so a stack stays put. Rifle capsules (.223, .308) are taller; every size prints on a P1S.
