Barbell Clamp

A real, one-piece split-ring collar that clamps onto a 50mm Olympic barbell sleeve so weight plates don't slide off during lifts. Squeeze the two tabs to open the ring, slide it over the sleeve, and release — its own elastic spring-back does the clamping. No screws, no pins, no assembly. Sold and shipped as a single piece — one collar per side of the bar.

Wrapped around the thick spine of the collar, letters standing along the bar. Letters, numbers, spaces and basic punctuation; long text is shortened to what fits.

Every Fitness item is stress tested before it ships — but it's not a certified safety or strength-rated product. Inspect it before each use, and use at your own risk.

A one-piece PETG split ring, sized so its own relaxed inner diameter is genuinely smaller than a real Olympic barbell sleeve — installing it means flexing the ring open, and its own elastic hoop tension does the clamping once released. No plastic screw threads or pins to warp or strip — a real, documented failure mode of some commercial collars this design avoids by construction. A real, conservative estimated axial holding force of up to 93 kgf (205 lbf) along the bar — roughly 2.7x the force a heavily loaded plate stack would realistically need resisted from vibration or an off-level rack. Fits Olympic sleeves 49.8–51mm. Built in PETG for real flex-fatigue durability across repeated install/removal cycles.
