How it's made. A 4 mm plate, 80 x 58 mm (oval, rectangle or shield), printed face down for a smooth face; on the back a 40 mm loop the belt's end feeds through and a 6 mm hook that catches a belt hole, both standing 8 mm off the plate with a 45-degree underside so nothing needs support. The lettering stands 1.2 mm proud of the face in its own colour. Metal-look PLA (brass, bronze, pewter, silver) for the shine, or PETG for a buckle that takes a knock; both wipe clean.
