How it's made. The crown form is a 150 mm dome, the inside of a fitted cap, with a rim the sweatband sits on and a lip at the front the brim rests on - printed face down, so the dome needs no support. The stem (25 mm square, chamfered) keys into the form and the base; the base is a 140 x 110 mm plate with a pocket underneath for a handful of coins, so a heavy cap never tips it. The name or word stands 1 mm proud on the base's front edge, the number on the stem's face. PLA; the row of three shares one long base. The wall version is the form and stem on a back plate with two keyholes.
