How it's made. A 120 mm body printed on its belly with four integral stub axles ending in a nub the wheel snaps past (0.4 mm of bore clearance, so it spins freely), wheel arches cut into the sides, a raked hood and chamfered tail, bumpers, two headlights and a grille, and a licence-plate recess carrying your message raised 1 mm in its own colour. The cabin keys into a 2 mm pocket on a plug with interference ribs - coupe, pickup, van or roadster with an open cockpit - with side windows recessed 1 mm. Wheels 32 mm with a five-spoke hub and, if you choose it, a 2.5 mm groove for a rubber O-ring tyre (size 130 x 2.5). PLA; four pieces, no supports.
