Desktop Cobot

A six-axis collaborative arm for the desk at 1:4 - base, shoulder, upper arm, elbow, forearm, a three-joint wrist and a two-finger gripper - every joint a friction pin, so it holds any pose. Your name on the base. For engineers, automation students, and anyone who has stood next to the real thing.

Raised on the base's front. Up to 16 letters.

How it's made. Seven links in PLA - a 90 mm round base with a turntable, a shoulder block, a 130 mm upper arm, an elbow, a 110 mm forearm, three short wrist joints and a gripper whose fingers slide in a rail - joined by clevis-and-tang hinges on 6 mm pins printed with a 0.15 mm interference, so each joint turns with a firm push and stays put. The joint caps carry a raised ring, the way the real ones do. Every link prints on its flat side, no supports. The name stands 1 mm proud on the base's front in a second colour. About 320 mm at full stretch.
