How it works
- Send the list - a spreadsheet, a CSV, or names pasted into an email. Or upload it yourself and watch every row appear.
- See every piece - a preview link with the whole set in 3D, in your colours. Anything wrong is pointed out by row number.
- Say yes - checkout is one link; nothing is printed before you have seen it.
- It ships - most sets ship within 5 business days. Tell us the date and we will say yes or no straight away.
How it arrives
- A proof sheet first. Every piece drawn as it will print, with its row number - download it from the page, and it comes with the order email. Nothing prints until it looks right.
- Packed in order. Door signs in room order, floor by floor, staff plates on top; the cue named on every bag - so setting up is opening the box.
- Mounting chosen, not guessed. Plates come with foam tape, magnets, screw holes or a slot for a screw - picked on the page; standing pieces stand on their own.
- Additions are one order away. Your list is saved with the design: reopen it, add the rows, order only the new ones at the same price.

Questions administrators ask
Can a resident who can no longer read find their own door?
That is what the cue is for. Any sign can carry a raised silhouette - a flower, a boat, a cat, a tree, a teacup, a bird, a butterfly - chosen per resident and keyed to something from their own life. It stands proud of the plate, so it is found by hand as much as by eye. Put the cue in a column next to the name and every door gets its own; on a printer a different cue on all 120 doors costs exactly what the same cue on all 120 costs, which is why nobody else offers it.
Are these ADA signs?
No. They carry no Braille and are not certified ADA signage - they sit alongside your compliant room numbering as the resident's own door sign. We would rather say that now than after you have ordered.
Can they go on a fire door?
Yes, and that is why they ship with foam tape rather than screws: drilling a rated door voids its listing. If you want screws, we put the holes in a plate for the frame beside the door instead - say which and it arrives made that way.
Will they survive the cleaning cart?
Solid printed plastic, no paper and no ink. Wipe them with the same disinfectant you use on the handrail. The lettering and the cue are raised or set into the plate, never printed on, so they cannot be wiped off. Not for an autoclave.
Can residents actually read them?
Pick the largest size and the high-contrast look - white on charcoal, the number at full height with the name under it in a plain sans. The preview shows it at true size, so you can hold your phone at arm's length and check before you order.
