Formula Plaques

The formula you teach, with the picture that explains it: Pythagoras with the squares on its sides, the quadratic with its parabola, Euler on the unit circle. A plaque for the front of the room with your name and room, a 3-inch tile, or a course's six tiles for the whiteboard. Flat black, the formula set in flush in a second color, so there's nothing for a student to snap off.

Under the formula: the teacher, the room, the year. Up to 16 letters.

How it's made. Each piece is a flat 4-4.5 mm plate made face-down, so the face comes off the bed glass-smooth. The formula is set from real mathematical type, and its picture, its name and your line are set 1 mm into the face in a second color, flush with the black. Engraved cuts the same into a one-color plate instead. The back takes a slot-in stand (a separate piece), two keyholes for screws, or pockets for 10 x 2 mm magnets. PLA, no supports.
