Garden Marker

A plant marker for a real garden bed — a flat stake with a tapered point you push straight into the soil, and a wide flat head carrying the plant's name as a flush inlay in its own color. Pick a body color, a lettering color, type the plant's name, and generate a real, rotatable preview. Printed and tested by hand.

The name is a separate flush plug in its own color, set level with the face of the head.

Into the ground

A flag-stake, not a sign: a narrow shaft with a short tapered point that you push straight into cultivated bed soil by hand. There are no mounting holes and nothing to fasten — the soil holds it. The shaft buries — mm below the soil line, then runs another — mm clear above grade before the head begins, so the name sits above mulch and leaf litter rather than in it.

Size

— mm tall from point to top, with a — × — mm head on a — mm-wide shaft, — mm thick throughout — rigid enough to be pushed through soil that hides the odd stone, and shorter than a trail marker on purpose: it's read up close, kneeling beside the plant, never from a distance.

The name

Capital letters — mm tall, cut into the head as a shallow cavity and filled with a flush plug in its own color, so the lettering sits level with the face instead of standing proud to catch dirt. One line; a name too wide for the head is shortened at a word break to fit.

Material

This one lives in wet soil outdoors. We'd recommend PETG over PLA — real moisture and UV resistance matters here.
