Open the 1:1 drilling template — print it at 100%, tape it up, drill at the crosses.
Built for outside. Printed in PETG (not PLA, which softens and warps in summer sun); pigmented all the way through, so there's no paint to chip. Plaques are 6 mm thick with the numerals raised 4 mm — the shadow line is what makes them read at a distance. Keyhole slots hang on two screws with nothing showing; countersunk holes take #8 screws; or use outdoor mounting tape or construction adhesive on the flat back. Floating digits have two 8 mm posts on the back: drill 8.5 mm holes with the template, then epoxy the posts in. The 4-inch rule: most US towns (IFC 505.1) require numerals at least 4 in tall with a ½ in stroke, contrasting with the background — the floating digits meet it at every size; the plaque reaches it only with one or two digits, and the page says so before you order. Ask us for ASA if the sign faces full sun all day.
