How it's made. Two printed parts in PLA: the box (120 × 90 × 130 mm, rounded corners, an inner ledge under the rim) and a lid that drops onto the ledge with an 84 mm slot for bills and coins and a fingernail notch to lift it out for emptying. The headline, subline, QR code and SCAN TO TIP caption are set 1.2 mm into the front and filled in the second color — a flat, wipeable face that scans from across the counter. The code's modules never go finer than 1.2 mm so a phone reads them at arm's length.
